11/8/2013 12:19:14 AM last year the problems of virus and slow performance started and again presisted until it completely locked down. now it seems pc matic software made it work better and im very satisfied and hope this is not momentary.

10/26/2014 12:07:06 PM I was having problems with this computer so I purchased pcmatic. It helped for a little while but then my computer crashed. The ONLY way I could get it back up was to restore to factory defaults and lose everything. fortunately I had backed up my pc about a month prior. I hope pcmatic is able to stop this from happening again!
