1/28/2011 6:02:36 AM did lock up until I REMOVED THE COMCAST TOOLBAR. SEE TODAY IF THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. SOME PEOPLE TELL ME TO GET RID OF IE8 INSTEAD, THAT ITS THE PROBLEM. I DON'T KNOW. BUT IT JUST WAS FREEZING UP AT ANYTIME ON ANY PARTICULAR SITE AND SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. I HOPE REMOVING THE COMCAST TOOL BAR WORKED.

12/1/2013 2:00:18 PM I don't really want to say unsatisfied. I mean, it runs pretty well for me: loads videos at a decent rate, plays video games pretty well, downloads at a decent pace. But then again... it's not really as good as it should be. It used to be much faster than this.

Had gotten a bad email, and since then, the computer is slow, there has been activity by strangers that have had access to my email and facebook accounts, which has caused me to change passwords almost monthly, and it still continues. I've had my email hacked which has sent out bad emails to my contacts also. Really discouraged!

9/15/2017 8:50:38 PM I have been for the most part satisfied with this computer. The year before Windows 10 was available for free, it was running ridiculously slow. Most online browsing that would take about 5 min, was taking 30 or more minutes. At that time, it was running on Windows 7. However, after installing Windows 10, it dramatically started to work like a new computer, being able to access online browsing within a 5-10 min time span. My computer has slowly started to take longer to come up and so forth, but not as slow as before...

11/5/2015 11:29:15 AM just refreshed this pc with windows 10. it had malware on it of some type that nothing could find making it extremly slow including pc matic norton and malware bytes. and some virus called w.sality or somthing like that and only norton found it around every 3 days it would be back on my pc as well as several other pc's in my house.
